The tuner can be used as a Chromatic tuner, Violin tuner, or Guitar tuner.  Additionally, the tuner can also generate 12 tones for reference: C4 and B5, including A4 at 440 Hz and sharps and flats.  Perfect for tuning reference.

• As a Chromatic tuner, this tuner has a tuning range of A1 to A6.
• As a Violin tuner, this tuner can tune all the 4 open strings (E, A, D, G) plus the option of flat tuning (1 or 2 flats - each flat represents half a note).
• As a Guitar tuner, this tuner can tune all the 6 open strings (E, A, D, G, B, E) plus the option of flat tuning (1 or 2 flats - each flat represents half a note). 

As with all Cherub tuners, this model offers supremely accurate tuning and fast response time.  This tuner combines the best of the 3 technological worlds of digital VU meter, LCD and LED.  Digital VU meter offers the most accurate response to tuning, perfect for precise tuning.  LED tuning guides offers the easiest visual tuning indication.  And LCD offers the best readout of tuner operation.

The tuner can operate in 2 modes: automatic and manual.  Automatic modes allows tuner to detect notes automatically while manual allows setting of the note to be tuned. 

The tuner features a very easy to read digital display and easy to use button operation.  The display registers the string name and mode automatically.  With Input jack, the tuner can be used with a tuning pickup so tuning can be done more accurately.
