The GA-30 guitar/bass tuner allows you to select either guitar or bass tuning modes. The bass mode features a wide detection range which supports six-string bass (low-B, high-C). Plus, a high sensitivity mic is built in, allowing use with acoustic guitar as well. The GA-30 provides the world's first flat tuning mode, which supports the dropped tunings used in many of today's musical styles. Five stages of flat tuning are supported, from 1 semitone through 5 semitones (b-bbbbb) flat. With its LCD meter and tuning guides, you can tune guitar/bass accurately and quickly. With the built-in mic, it automatically detects the note being played so you can tune completely hands-free.  In the Sound mode, you can tune while listening to a reference pitch.  The built-in input jack allows you to tune with a tuning pickup.
