In order to ship your order, the following is required:
- Valid Purchase Order Form on School Letterhead
- Any purchase that uses a P.O. for payment
must have the Shipping and Billing address of a school
- Contact Person's Name and Phone Number
- Authorized Signature and Position of Signer
- The purchase order must include the cost of
shipping.
For the shipping cost information, you can find out how much you need to pay by going
to our web site and "order" the items and choose your shipping method. When you
"order", as long as you don't enter your credit card information, the order
won't be placed and credit card will not be charged. You will need to fill out your shipping address and shipping
method on the first screen. Then on the second screen, the web site shows you
the actual order with the shipping/handling/insurance charges.
You can then print out the screen and send it to us along with your purchase
order.
School purchase orders will be processed immediately upon receipt, and Payment
is due net in 30 days.
